A Note to New Clients
New clients are requested to pay a $50 deposit to secure their appointment for their first visit only.
We strive to meet our policy that clients never wait longer than 15 minutes… for anything.
We acknowledge that unexpected things can happen and both clients or our team can run late. For this reason we offer our clients a 15 minute cut off period from the scheduled booking time before having to reschedule the appointment. In return we ask that you are equally as understanding when our team are running late for your appointment – we will always try to contact you in advance. Please let us know at the time of making your appointment if you need to be completed by a certain time.
Going for a complete change in your haircut?
We call these Style Transformations. Style Transformations require extra time from our stylists in the consultation and in the creation of the haircut to make sure you absolutely love your new hairstyle. These haircut appointments are priced accordingly and listed as Style Transformations below.
When a price denotes “From”, this price covers an “average” amount of colour to be used in the service. Colour usage depends on your hair length, if you have very thick hair or lots of hair. Your stylist will advise you any potential additional colour charges during the in-depth consultation at the beginning of the appointment.
Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour results using the finest products available. For outstanding colour results to continue, how you treat your hair is important. We cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly. We offer professional at home hair care and will advise you on the best option to maintain the results of your new colour and style.

Please always confirm your appointment with us
To ensure we can offer our clients appointments when they want and need them and we are able to offer the service and expertise they have come to expect from us, confirming your appointment is an essential part of your communication with us. We send you a text message 4 days prior to your appointment and request that you provide us with 24 hours notice if a change of time or cancellation is needed.
If we do not receive a confirmation text from you, we will do our utmost to contact you by phone and/or email using all of the contact information you have supplied us. Should we not be able to make contact with you after all these attempts, we will assume that you do not intend to keep it and will release your appointment to make it available to other clients.
