Our Hair Treatment Price List is a reflection of our commitment to high quality products, ongoing education and experience.

Deposits are required for all appointments Clients booking in person and over the phone are requested to pay a $100 deposit to secure their appointment. Deposits are automatically collected for online bookings. Running Late We strive to meet our policy that clients never wait longer than 15 minutes… for anything. We acknowledge that unexpected things can happen and both clients or our team can run late. For this reason we offer our clients a 15 minute cut off period from the scheduled booking time before having to reschedule the appointment. In return we ask that you are equally as understanding when our team are running late for your appointment – we will always try to contact you in advance. Please let us know at the time of making your appointment if you need to be completed by a certain time.

Going for a complete change in your haircut?

We call these Style Transformations. Style Transformations require extra time from our stylists in the consultation and in the creation of the haircut to make sure you absolutely love your new hairstyle. From our hair smoothing treatment price through to full style transformations, every service on our list reflects the skill and time your hair deserves.

Colour Pricing

When a price denotes “From”, this price covers an “average” amount of colour to be used in the service. Colour usage depends on your hair length, if you have very thick hair or lots of hair. Our hair treatment price reflects the personalised nature of each service, and your stylist will advise you of any potential additional colour charges during the in-depth consultation at the beginning of the appointment.

Lasting Colour

Our highly trained technicians provide professional hair colour results using the finest products available. For outstanding colour results to continue, how you treat your hair is important. We cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly. Whether you’re exploring our keratin hair treatment price or colour services, we offer professional at-home hair care and will advise you on the best option to maintain the results of your new colour and style.

If you have a problem with your hair or have any questions following our hair treatment price list, please contact us within the first week after your service, and we will do our utmost to ensure your complete happiness.

All prices include GST and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. Not showing up for your appointment, cancelling with less than 36 hours notice or running late so that we cannot perform your full service all incur forfeiture of the deposit.

Card Processing Fees

Cashless and contactless payments are safer! Card processing fees will be automatically calculated by the credit card terminal and added to the total service bill as follows:

• EFTPOS – 0.22c
• VISA – 0.83%
• MASTERCARD – 0.82%
• AMERICAN EXPRESS – 3.02%

These charges will appear on your receipt and are compliant with ACCC regulations.  All costs include GST and are assessed annually. We don’t charge more than it costs!

Please always confirm your appointment with us

To ensure we can offer our clients appointments when they want and need them and we are able to offer the service and expertise they have come to expect from us, confirming your appointment is an essential part of your communication with us.  We send you a text message 4 days prior to your appointment and request that you provide us with 24 hours notice if a change of time or cancellation is needed. If we do not receive a confirmation text from you, we will do our utmost to contact you by phone and/or email using all of the contact information you have supplied us.  Should we not be able to make contact with you after all these attempts, we will assume that you do not intend to keep it and will release your appointment to make it available to other clients.
