If you aren’t happy with the stylist, we’ll find someone else to help.
If you aren’t happy with the colour, we’ll fix it.
If you aren’t happy with the cut, we’ll reshape it.
So our Happy Hair Guarantee means that in the unlikely event that you aren’t happy with any aspect of a service received from us, call us within 7 days of your appointment and we will ask you to return to us so we can make you fall in love with your hair and us all over again!
This guarantee is limited to the services you received with us originally. We also need you to understand that some things may not be easy to achieve (like having super black curly hair and wanting to go platinum blonde straight hair) and we’ll always let you know about the possible limitations of your requests of us.
Please do not visit another salon to have the colour changed and expect us to pay for this service.
