Yes, all clients are required to pay a minimum of $100 security deposit via credit card  to secure their appointment. This deposit is held on your account and will be deducted from your total bill at the end of your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please note:

  • Deposits are forfeited if you do not provide the required notice period.
  • The minimum notice period is 48 hours.
  • You receive two SMS’s prior to your appointment – one 7 days prior and the second 48 hours prior – please use these opportunities to check your availability and ability to attend your appointment at the allotted time.

Our services include expert consultation, personalised styling, and professional hair care using premium products. Specific inclusions vary depending on the service booked. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our team.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have time to check in, discuss your needs, and relax before your service begins. On street parking can be challenging to find – we recommend parking in Secure Parking at9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011, Australia

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance for longer appointments. Changes made after this timeframe may result in forfeiting your deposit.

  3. Pay the required deposit to confirm your appointment.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

If you have any special requests, hair concerns, or medical conditions that may impact your service, please call or email us before your appointment. There is a contact form on our website for ease. Our team is happy to assist.

Pricing varies based on the service, stylist level, and hair length/type. We cannot provide you a definitive quote without seeing you in person. For an indicative quote, please contact fill in the conatct us form or by phone 02-9331 0011, and one of our team will request selfies and inspiration images. Our stylists will review the work, perhaps ask additional questions, and provide you an indicative quote. Colour corrections will require your physical attendance to have a strand test performed to assess whether your hair is suitable for the service or whether the desired outcome is likely to be achieved.

We make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment and last minute cancellations or changes affect our ability to provide services in a sustainable manner.
