This keratin smoothing package is perfect for you if you:
- can come to the salon daytime on weekdays
- want to smooth the hair strands significantly but don’t want it pin-straight
- want to reduce the amount of frizz in your hair
- want to make your hair shiny
- want to improve hair health and
- reduce time needed to style hair.
Keratin treatments are NOT suitable for:
- People wanting pin straight hair
- People expecting smooth hair with just air drying (ie do not want to blowdry their hair for the best results)
- Hair that is over-processed ie has been bleached and is in poor condition
- Hair with a very strong curl or afro
- Hair that cannot withstand significant heat styling during the treatment

Your package includes time for a consultation where you can discuss your vision for smoother hair, come prepared with some images but it’s best if you are realistic about what can be achieved. Your stylist will discuss this with you during your consultation.
THE (not so) FINE PRINT
- Available as an online pre-purchase only. Once purchased, one of our stylists will call you within 4 business hours to make an appointment.
- You will be required to provide a current photo of your hair to confirm suitability prior to making an appointment. Feel free to email this directly to us on mail [at] lilyjackson.com.au.
- Package available with selected stylists only.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- Pricing depends on the amount of product required to achieve the desired result and is a combination of hair length, thickness and volume. Additional charges may apply for extra long or thick hair types that requires extended time or extra product to achieve the desired result. You will be informed during the consultation if this is likely to apply. We cannot estimate this without seeing you in person.
- Not available in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
- There are no amendments to the package.
- You are entitled to a change-of-mind refund less a $25 administration and booking fee.
- You are entitled to only ONE reschedule of your appointment time, with at least 24 hours notice or a $100 administration fee will apply.
You’d think we don’t want to sell this to you but we do! However, from experience, we do need to articulate boundaries. Thank you for understanding.
