Great article, really informative, I have read part 2 as well I have been using a mixture of make up brands, mainly based on my personal colour choice. Hi Jorkee, I would recommend talking with your hairdresser to see if it is a style that will suit your needs and your look. Both Ombre and Balayage are very flattering ways to colour your hair, and I think that is why they are so popular. There are both subtle and dramatic ways to wear ombre and balayage. I agree, it doesn’t really matter if it is a fad or a trend, the point is whether or not you like it and want it. If you wear it with confidence it will look great!

Love ombre, but don’t know if it is just a fad…I think there are so many people doing it these days, this is a style that used to look so original but has now become a bit passe. I guess if you do it, you should do it because you love the look, not just to be current/’on trend’.

Tinted Moisturiser and a little blotting with loose powder sounds like a great idea. I used to never want to leave the house without my full-coverage foundation, but it is so impractical in the summer months, and besides, my skin is not that bad. I’m just going to go with the theory ‘less is more’.
